  • Contact by email at contact@ipseite-elegance.fr. Be sure to provide us with your order number and explain the problem you are having. You can also send us clear photos of the watch so that we can so that we can better understand the situation.

Prepare to send your watch

  • If required, you will need to pay via a payment link before sending us your watch.
  • Pack your watch carefully so that it is not damaged during shipment.
  • Don't forget to fill out the after-sales service form and stick the return label on your package.

Service within our workshop

  • Upon receipt of your watch in our workshop, our watchmakers will inspect it within approximately 3 weeks to assess the problem and the necessary repairs.

Delivery and return

  • Once your watch has been repaired, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for delivery.
  • Your package will also contain a note from our watchmakers explaining all the repairs that have been carried out on your watch.
