Return Conditions
- Return Period : You can return or exchange items for free within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Refund : Refunds will be made using the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned items.
Exceptions
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Sale Items : Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Condition of Returned Items : Items must be returned with their tag and in their original packaging, without visible signs of wear or use.
- Customized Items : Customized, tailored, or configured items cannot be returned. However, we are open to discussing an arrangement in specific cases.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us : Send an email to contact@ipseite-elegance.fr or use the contact form on the site.
- Return Details : Specify the products you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- Return Label : If the free return period of 14 days has passed, we will send you a link to pay for the return label. Once the payment is made, you will receive the label by email.
- Print and Ship : Print the label and send us the items using this label. We will notify you once we have received and verified the returned items.
Preorder Cancellation
- You have 3 weeks before the delivery date to cancel a preorder. After this period, we will no longer be able to refund you.
