Orders & Payments

How long does it take to prepare and ship orders?

The preparation time can vary depending on the number of products you purchase. Shipping orders typically take between 3 and 5 days in Metropolitan France. However, when purchasing a pre-order item, the approximate shipping date is indicated on the product page. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order.

Is there an account system on the website?

No, we do not have one at the moment. However, our payment service provider provides a customer portal to access all information related to your invoices, addresses, etc.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Clearpay, and Afterpay.

Can I view the order history I have placed?

Yes, contact us by email.

How can I cancel my order?

Send us an email as soon as possible! We will refund you accordingly.

How can I get the invoice for my order?

You can download your invoice directly after purchase on the thank you page (if you pay with Stripe). At the bottom of any page on the website, there is a link leading to a customer portal provided by our payment service provider Stripe. You can log in there with your email address to see all your invoices. In the latter case, you can send us an email directly.

Are products delivered with a warranty?

Our watches come with an average 2-year warranty.

Do you accept installment payments?

Yes, but only through third-party services like Klarna and Afterpay.

What should I do when I want to modify an order?

Send us an email as soon as possible, specifying what you would like to change. Depending on the situation, we will either send you a payment link to pay the prorated amount or refund you the amount due. Once the payment is received, the preparation will resume as usual.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, however, customs fees applicable in your country are at your expense.

What are your shipping methods?

UPS, Colissimo, and Mondial Relay.

What do I need to do to change my shipping address?

Send us an email. If we notice that the provided address does not exist, we will send you an email asking you to correct it.

Is an order for multiple items delivered at once?

Yes, you will receive all your products at once, except for pre-orders.

Ipséité is what makes each person unique. This word perfectly fits with our strong message, which is to become the best version of oneself and stand out from others.

Do you have a physical store?

No, everything is online. But we aspire to open a physical store in France!

Do you sell your products elsewhere?

Our products are only available on our website!

Where are your products manufactured?

Our watches are designed and assembled in France. For the production of certain components, we need to involve providers from other countries such as Germany, the Netherlands, China, and Sweden.
