What is the average lead time for an order?
The average turnaround time for your order is currently approximately 3 weeks from the date of payment. In exceptional circumstances, the maximum period can reach 2 months. Additionally, an order tracking link will be made available to you to allow you to easily track the progress of your order throughout the process.
Is it possible to pay after the watch is made?
Payment must be made before watch assembly begins. You can pay by credit card, via PayPal or via cryptocurrency (for this case, please contact us).
By which delivery services are orders sent?
Orders are shipped by Colissimo or MondialRelay for mainland France and by UPS Express for the rest of the world. Packages are sent in neutral packaging to avoid theft.
What is the warranty on personalized watches?
Each watch is covered by a 24-month basic warranty. For those who wish to extend this coverage, we offer 36 month and 48 month extended warranty options, which you can select when personalizing your watch on the configurator.
Is it possible to modify the materials?
If you would like to use special materials, such as genuine alligator leather, please contact us by email before ordering. A price adjustment will probably be necessary.
